What we build from?

• Nearly all the wooden houses in Europe have been built from pine or sprice from mountain region. The wood of spruce has several undoubtable characteristics to compare with pine. The best qualities of the mountain spruce:

• Houses from spruce are warmer than from the acute structure of pine.
• Spruce becomes not so blue in the process of construction. Blue color is a result of fungus, which promotes tree rot.

• It is possible to construct spruce houses from the logs of large diameter (40-90cm). Moreover, spruce logs are much more longer (12-13m). There are less joins in the wall constructions.
• Mountain wood stays in negative temperature and snow, practically all the year, but this has a positive impact on it’s quality characteristics. (The rate of reduction and swaddling).
